:P Dear friends

I joined the String Orchestra's in Kian Kok Middle School before.
I play the Cello and my twin sister , angeline play the Violin.

I started to play cello since -- Year 2004 and this was my 1st time i learned how to play Cello + little bit of Violin :bball:

Hmmm, I also joined the Kota Kinabalu Symphony Orchestra in year 2005 (just a few months only).

If i still continue my studies in Kian Kok Middle School. Sure I will continue my Cello lessons >>> I really miss my old friends + my other cellist friends.

I really really hope that i can turn back the clock and then I can continue my Cello Lesson until today but I can not turn back the clock anyway :!:

Never mind, I am happy with my life here in Aus, Melbourne now .... because I bought my cello last year 20th December 2006 (before the Christmas Day) hahahaha :elephant:

I bought it for AU $ 700 only normally it cost around AU $ 900 -- I bought my cello here when i saw a huge discount just before the Christmas Day !!!

Besides, I also play my cello when i am free ..... I will learn some new songs from the internet especially the http://www.sibeliusmusic.com/ and the www.8otes.com

I loves this 2 URL because I learned a lot from these 2 website !!!

i absolutely looooooooooooooooove the sound of cello. i play abit violin. cikai2 laa..

I can read notation and play piano, but only simple songs.. and the song I love the most are "Fields of Hope"..

i can, but its not great =( . but i hav a good ear cuz i can play without knowing the notes( not that i can read any lol).

But, can you use that sheet to play violin and also the cello?

Is cello bigger than violin and why it is classified like tat?

the only notes ive ever seen is for the piano. piano sheets hav chords but violin and cello shouldnt hav more than 2 notes at the same time( at least i think so xD). and i think u can use violin sheets to play on the cello, and vice versa.

im not alina but im gonna answer anyways xD. cello has lower range than the violin so i think thats why the size is different.
what i dont know is the viola, never seen or played it. i wanna know how it differs from violin and cello =/

Violin, Viola, Cello and Double Bass was categorized as Strings Family..

The instrument with high treble is the violin and the lowest bass is the Double Bass..
Violin's sound are sharp and high treble.
Viola produce tenor sound.

yeah i hate it when my finger slips on a note.. trus sumbang nie...

yeah, same things happen to me sometimes...
you need to relax when playing, look at the notes, feel the rhytm etc etc

my hands usually sweats when i play the piano, i h8 it x.x
when i played the opening theme for Genso Suikoden, my mind usually flies away lol.. syok sendiri lol..
