　　睽違樂壇一年四個月，W.H.Y帶著全新的第二張EP[II]個人召開了記者招待會。記者會中，凱雯和穎瀅表示EP[II]個人的數位[II]象徵著W.H.Y自前組員慧慧退出後變成二人組合，也是W.H.Y發行的第二張EP。[II]個人EP收錄了6首歌曲，由肋骨音樂製作，MK edutainment負責宣傳。專輯的概念圍繞在兩人的個性和生活上。主打歌[配對]由Jolin[特務J]的作曲人黃晟峰創作兼製作，也被選為A-Look Eyeware廣告主題曲。EP裡也收錄了W.H.Y師兄威全操刀的[感激]和師姐藍茵詞曲創作的[王子]。
　　兩人在記者會上發表了一個感激名單，感謝所有為這張EP付出的人和支持W.H.Y的家人朋友。問及未來動向，兩人開心的表示公司最近跟印尼一家電臺聯繫，該電臺也在熱播EP裡的歌曲，於是印尼將成為W.H.Y沖出海外的首站。兩人也期待能跟印尼的音樂人做進一步的交流，“我特別喜歡印尼一個叫Peterpan的樂團”凱雯說。
　　近年演藝圈裡常見唱而優則演的例子，W.H.Y也即將躋身戲劇圈。兩人表示公司正在積極為她們洽談一部偶像劇的演出。關於最想合作的對象，穎瀅表示如果有機會她最希望跟梁朝偉對戲，凱雯則期待跟臺灣偶像劇王子賀軍翔演出。但在一切計畫落實之前，W.H.Y表示會努力的進行3月份開始的宣傳工作。在考試期的兩人還連夜親手製作了請柬，邀請在場各媒體單位出席3月7日晚上7.30pm在金河廣場底層舉行的簽唱會，誠意可嘉。
　　W.H.Y希望[II]個人EP能得到大家的支持和認同，並邀請大家踴躍出席她們的宣傳活動以作近距離的交流和互動。第一波宣傳行程如下：

Hahaha.... I played guitar for a few songs in their first EP.
Initially I also have a song arrangement in their first EP, but later changed to Hip Hop style by producers because already have rock songs in their EP.
