Is western and Eastern medicine same?

I hate medicine, I believe water therapy or my imune system (consume more fruits, vege, vitamins, and WATER when sick)....besides, I dont trust dr. But last month I get cold and really sick like hell , I drink

I hate medicine too...ever once i had a very heavy headache.. even 2 pills of paracetamol and another active fast panadol wont work...according to my lecturer..she sez that sometimes it depends on an individual psychology...<---- izzit??.....

My dad use to drink japanese tea... he always encourage me to drink it too.... anyway... it really works out well... well... still... prevent is better than cure...
