  1. Lose weight.
  2. Enjoy your food.
  3. Better digestion.
  4. Less stress.
  5. Rebel against fast food and fast life.

Based on those 5 reasons above which're also found in the link that house88kend provided, I strongly agree with Reasons #2, #3, and #4, as enjoying your food while not being in a rush or in a hurry actually leads to better digestion and makes you have less stress.

As for Reasons #1 and #5, I'll try my very best to eat slower than usual (if I can) and I'll try to only eat fast food once in a while...

I'm Food Science student too!!!
I think my final yr senior make their research based on the sensory of food... they make new food(food that are not in the market, exp: dragon fruit ice-cream) and give everyone the food evaluation test concerning the odour, taste, texture, sweetness...
I wan to do that project in my final yr oso!!! Looking forward... hehe

By the way, since eating slower is a good habit, but how does one could mantain this habit if she/he doesnt really hav the time to do it? (mostly this occured during the day till evening, and they were in the middle of work or something)

Well...
1- Because i want to focus the subject during day time until evening only
2- and also bcuz during that time, finding a right time to eat slower is a little bit tricky for busy people. They usually rushed.

I taste their products before............ stone .............uhm,...no comment

I read article from newspaper before that you stay healthier and longevity if you're able to chew 30 times each bite before swallow. 1. good for indigestion (they no need to work heavily in resolving your food), 2. uhm, just notice all stated out at the 5 powerful reason there swtlor so you just refer to the link posted at first page la....
